The date on which the operating agency indicated that all operations ceased at this site.

Business Rules

The input format is YYYYMMDD. 

The date must be between January 1, 1957 and one year after the current date.

Must be greater than the Site Established Date.

Cannot a date before the latest Sampling End Date of any monitor at the site.

All monitors must have a populated Sampling End Date before this field may be populated.
